After finding himself estranged from his family after a divorce, Paul Weaver (Jeff Daniels) returns to his hometown in Pennsylvania for his sister's wedding.
Though his ex-wife, Nancy (Cynthia Sikes), claims to hate him, it's obvious there's still a connection between the two.
Unfortunately, Paul can't seem to get past the womanizing ways that ended their relationship in the first place, and this character trait also keeps him from re-establishing a relationship with his two children.
